Notice to book Local Transfer:​

1. Closing Date for Private Transfer Service booking is 17:00, Dec 10, 2024 (UTC/GMT+08:00).

2. The above rates are only for transfer from/to the conference center or the hotels we recommended on the website. If you want to book private transfer from/to other places, please contact ecos2024@crsolution.cn for further assistant.

3. If you want to book private transfer for more than 2 people, please contact ecos2024@crsolution.cn for further assistant.

4. Payment we accepted: Credit Card  /  Ali Pay  /  Bank Wire Transfer 

5. Please raise your special requirement when you submit booking info. Our team will try our best to meet your requirement.

6. 30% of total amount will be charged, if the private transfer is canceled 5 days before the service day.

7. 100% of total amount will be charged, if the private transfer is canceled within 5 days ahead of the service day.
